Checking Workflow Logs
Workflow logs are a record of the workflows that were launched in your system and the user responses to them.
To view the Workflow Logs, click the Workflow Logs button in the System Logs group on the Forms & Reports menu.
The Workflow Logs screen appears.
Select the time period for which you want to view Workflow Logs using the From and To buttons in the Search Filters group.
Select a log and click the Display Graphically button, at the bottom of the screen, to see the details of the workflow.
The stages that have been completed are highlighted in green.
To see the time a stage was completed, click the Display Stage Times button.
This table shows a breakdown of each stage and decision made by the user as they completed the workflow. If the user is a mobile application user who was sharing their location information when they ran the workflow, their Latitude and Longitude location at that point in time is also logged.
The co-ordinates in the Latitude or Longitude columns will display as a hyperlink. When viewing a map in Synergy, click on a hyperlink to re-focus the map on these co-ordinates. The map view will move to these co-ordinates.
Note: You must already have the map open in Synergy for the hyperlinks to work as intended.
Note: The hyperlink takes into account the co-ordinates in both the latitude and longitude columns: links in the same row will move the map to the same location.
The Pdf Report and Csv Export buttons will generate this table in PDF or CSV format respectively.
The Video button will display video from the camera associated with the selected workflow stage.
