Introduction

Synergy is an intelligently integrated command and control platform, offering flexible management and user-friendly analysis of security video, alarms, and related data from independent sub-systems, such as those for access control and Point of Sales.

The Synergy User Guide (part of the Synergy "USE IT" guides) is designed to provide a concise and complete description of the functionality and features available in Synergy.

All Synergy features and functions are covered in the guide, irrespective of your licensed modules. Licensing for this product works by enabling core and advanced modules. Some features will only be available if you have the advanced modules.

Synergy is available in a range of color schemes, known as Look and Feels. The default Look and Feel, preferred by most operators, is Black Eye. However, for improved legibility when printing this document, all screenshots are presented in Blue Ice wherever possible.
