The Recording Events Report

The Recording Events report provides a table showing details about the recording alarms sent by the PSNs on the system. The following screenshot shows the columns included in the table.

Use the Search Filters to define the time period or related data for which you want to generate a Recording Events report. You can also filter the data by selecting column-level values. For details on filtering reports with column-level values, see Filtering Reports on page 1.

To ensure parity between recording event logs between RMS and the Synergy Server, click Import Psn Logs.

Select the date and time period and the PSN from which to import logs then click Start.

Click OK to load the logs into the report.

Note: The log import function must be pre-configured. For information, see your system administrator.

To generate a report, when the data that you want is displayed, select an output format and click the Save Data As button at the bottom of the Reports tab.
