System Data Reports
System Data Reports provide an alternative method of generating a variety of reports. Click the System Data button in the System Logs group on the Forms & Reports menu. The Run System Data Report dialog appears.
Select a report design from the Report Design drop-down menu.
Use the From and To buttons to define the time period for the report.
Click Report. The report appears in PDF format.
If you want to create a new report design, click the New Design button. The Select Data Type dialog appears.
Make a selection and click OK. The Define Report <Data Type> dialog appears.
Name the report in the Report Name field.
If available, select a layout from the Layouts drop-down menu.
If you want the report to be in landscape orientation, check the Print Landscape checkbox.
Check the fields (columns) you want in the report.
Enter a Filter Value for each field that you select.
Note: Filter Values are options that users can select to filter the report for more specific information. For more information about filtering reports, see Filtering Reports on page 1.
If you want to change the column widths in the report, drag the column vertical edges as needed. Click the Define Column Widths button. The Configure Column Widths By Dragging on Column Edges dialog appears.
Click Save. The new report now appears on the Report Design drop-down menu in the Run System Data Report dialog.
