The Favourites Tab
You can save your most frequently used reports on the Favourites tab for easy access. Click the Favourites tab on the Reports tab of the System Reports screen.
Saving Reports as Favorites
To save a report as a favorite, use the Search Filters to narrow the reports to those within a specific timeframe or that contain specific data. Click Search. The reports that match your search criteria appear in the table.
Click a report to select it and click the Save New Favourite button. The Enter Favourite Name dialog appears.
Enter a name and click OK. The Save to Server dialog appears.
Click Yes.
The report is now available in the Report Selection drop down menu.
Saving Changes to Favorites Reports
If you make changes to a favorite report's style using the options in the Table Design tools, save the changes by clicking the Update Selected Favorite button. The Save to Server dialog appears.
Click Yes.
Running All Favorites Reports
You can run individual Favorites reports or run all of them by clicking the Run and Export All Favourites button.
Deleting Favorites Reports
If you want to delete a favorite report, click it to select it in the list and click the Delete Selected Favourite button.
