Workflows
A Synergy workflow is an interactive diagram containing a set of instructions that appears on-screen, usually triggered by a significant event at your site. You follow the instructions as they appear and answer questions related to the incident; your answers prompt the next steps or questions in the workflow. Workflows are sometimes triggered by macros. For example, a macro could be used to launch a form for data capture on specific stages in the workflow. You can use workflows to manage processes in an emergency or any time you want to gain consistency in the processes of all users.
Setup: Workflows are created during system setup.
