Saving Incident Details

Click Save to save any changes you make to any tab on the Incident Details dialog, including adding comments and images.

Alert: Saving entries and edits to the Incident Details dialog saves important incident data and images, but it does not save the incident video to the Incident Locker.

Note: Saving incident footage to the Incident Locker prevents the footage from being deleted once it is past its retention date; it also makes for easy retrieval when you need to produce evidence. For more information, see Incident Lockers on page 1.
