The Review Incidents Dialog
The Review Incidents dialog lists all incidents in the system and includes the incident ID, status, start date, description, type, and locked status. To open the dialog, select the Live Incidents view from the Views menu.
Click the Incident Manager tab in the lower right panel to bring it to the forefront of the panel.
Click the Re-open button. The Review Incidents dialog appears.
Use the Incident Selection Parameters to find the incident you are looking for. You can filter your search by date and by open status. Click an incident to select it and click OK.
The Incident Details dialog appears.
From here, you have access to all incident details and can generate reports on data in any of the tabs.
