Device Offline Reports
This tab logs any issues with devices going offline or timing out.
Report parameters:
- [blank] - This column contains help icons for each error which, when clicked, displays the nature of the error in further detail and recommends troubleshooting steps (see below example).
- Type - The type of system component experiencing a connection issue
- Issue With - The specific device experiencing a connection issue
- First Reported - The date and time at which this specific issue was first raised in the Synergy system
- Last Reported - The date and time at which this specific issue was last raised in the Synergy system
- Count - The number of times this specific issue has been raised in the Synergy system
- Issue On - The hardware with which the offline device is associated
- User Logged On - The Synergy user account logged in at the time the issue occurred (if blank, no user was logged in at the time)
Use the Search Filter to narrow your report to a specific name or type of unit or you can report on all errors in the list. You can also filter the data by selecting column-level values. For details on filtering reports with column-level values, see Filtering Reports on page 1.
To generate a report, when the data that you want is displayed, select an output format and click the Save Data As button at the bottom of the Reports tab.
