Creating Alarms from Dataveillance

You can generate alarms based on dataveillance rules.

To begin, click Create Dataveillance Query.

Complete the Dataveillance Query as appropriate. Select a column from the left-hand panel and apply filters in the right-hand panel.

Select the length of time to monitor for the condition, and check Trigger Alarm if you want your alarm to trigger automatically when the conditions are met.

In this example we have created an alarm that will trigger if another specific Synergy alarm is triggered more than twice within a minute.

Click the Alarm Setup button for more alarm options.

Click Save, and give the alarm a suitable name. Click OK.
