Migrating Incident Lockers

Setup: The client configuration setting <enableIncidentMigration>true</enableIncidentMigration> is required to use this feature.

When using more than one incident locker, use this menu to move the storage location of incidents from one locker to another.

Go to Setup -> System Setup -> Advanced Configuration -> Video -> Migrate Incident Lockers.

Use the Source Locker and Target Locker dropdown menus to select the lockers to migrate from and to.

When the lockers are selected, the left hand table shows the incidents currently stored on the source locker. The right hand table shows the incidents currently in the target locker.

It is possible to filter incidents in both tables by adding criteria into the search filter boxes above. You can also sort the incidents using the column headings.

Use the Selected column to choose which incidents you want to migrate. Click Start Migration to begin the migration.

Progress details of the migration will be shown under Update Report. Any errors that occur will also be shown here.

When an incident has been migrated, it will no longer show in the source incident locker and will appear in the target locker table.

Movement of incidents between lockers is also shown in the logs.
