The Video Comments Tab

Setup: To use the Video Comments feature, you will need the client configuration setting <videoWindowTransactions>true</videoWindowTransactions>.

The Video Comments tab displays ad-hoc comments added to the incident by users while it is live.

Users with the appropriate permissions can add comments while the associated incident video is playing.

To add a video comment, right-click on the video window and select Incident Video Comment.

The Enter Video Comment dialog appears.

Type in the comment then click OK.

The comment is now saved to the incident and appears in the Video Comments tab.

To delete a comment, select Delete Comment. The Confirm Deletion of Comment dialog appears.

Select Yes to confirm deletion.
