The Related Data Tab

The Related Data tab is a repository for contacts, persons of interest, alarms, and alarm event data related to the incident. The following is a screenshot of the Related Data tab.

Depending on what data you want to add, click the Add Contact, Person Of Interest, Add Alarm, Add Alarm Event, or Add Incident button. The Select Entry dialog appears for the Add Contact, Add Person of Interest, and Add Alarm buttons.

Make your selection to add data to the Related Data tab and click OK.

If you add a person of interest, click the Data Id link to navigate to the View Person of Interest dialog. For more information, see Adding Persons of Interest on page 1.

If you want to add an alarm event to the incident, click the Add Alarm Event button. The Alarms Today dialog appears.

You can search for alarm events by dates or data using the Search Filters at the top of the dialog.

This dialog shows all the alarm events that took place on the selected day or days. You can save the data in a number of formats; the options are available via radio buttons in the lower area of the dialog.

Make your selection to add data to the Related Data tab and click OK.

To relate another incident to this incident, select Add Incident. The Incident Summary is displayed, listing all current incidents.

Select an incident from the list and select OK. The selected incident is now shown in the Related Data tab.
