The Duties Tab

Setup: To enable the Duties tab, you will need the client configuration setting <enableIncidentDuties>true</enableIncidentDuties>.

The Duties tab is a list of all duties (also known as diary tasks) that have been added directly to this incident.

The list includes the incident ID, the title of the Duty/Diary Task, the description of the Duty/Diary Task, the user whom the Duty/Diary Task is assigned to and the due date and time of the Duty/Diary Task.

To add a new Duty/Diary Task, select New Duty. The New Duty dialog appears.

Enter a Title for the Duty/Diary Task.

The incident ID is automatically assigned.

Select a user/user group from the Assign to drop-down menu.

Click on the date/time to open the calendar to add a Due Date/Time.

Select Save.
