The Data Change Log Report

This report allows an operator to view a complete history of all changes to user groups and log these for audit purposes. To view the report, go to Forms & Reports -> System Reports -> Reports -> Users.

To configure this, you will need to add enableDataChangeLog=true to the synergy.properties file on C:\ProgramData\Synectics\Synergy\properties.

You will also need the logger entry: <logger class="com.synectics.synergyii.logger.DataChangeLogger" enabled="true" retain="30"/>

You will see entries in this report when changes are made to:

user groups, for example, if a group is added or deleted or permissions are added or removed. Note however that you cannot remove a user group if it is currently in use.
users
alarm types
cyber security tasks
channel or message types
device groups
incident forms using user-defined forms
cameras and their retention periods
incident lockers
PSN and channel history configuration

Note: Each row of data is limited to approx 1000 characters. If there are more characters, a new row will be created.
