The User Details Report

This report logs details of each user on the system, including details of their passwords (ie if they have expired or are still valid), when their shifts begin and end, and which user group they belong to. You can also see any device groups relating to the user.

If the Log In Disabled checkbox is selected, this identifies that the user has either an expiry date or is locked out. This makes it easier to filter on users who are currently unable to log in.

Scroll to the right of the report to see the Last Login field. This can be filtered to see who last logged in to the system. Administrators can use this to identify any dormant users that can be deleted from the system.
