The Alarm Summary Report

The Alarm Summary report provides a table showing the main details about an alarm in your Synergy system as entered on its corresponding Alarm dialog. The following screenshot shows the columns included in the table.

If you select an alarm on the table, the Alarm dialog appears.

You can add or edit comments, as needed. Click Save if you make any changes. The edited comments will appear in the Comment column on the report table.

If you want to view an alarm's associated video, select the alarm and click the Video button at the bottom of the Reports tab.

Use the Search Filters to define the time period or related data for which you want to generate an Alarm Summary report. You can also filter the data by selecting column-level values. For details on filtering reports with column-level values, see Filtering Reports on page 1.

To generate a report, when the data that you want is displayed, select an output format and click the Save Data As button at the bottom of the Reports tab.
