The Command Report

The Command report provides a table of all commands made in Synergy by a user over a specified time period. The following screenshot shows the columns included in the table.

Use the Search Filters to define the time period or related data for which you want to generate a Command report. You can also filter the data by checking column-level values. For details on filtering reports with column-level values, see Filtering Reports on page 1.

To generate a report, when the data that you want is displayed, select an output format and click the Save Data As button at the bottom of the Reports tab.

Displaying Earliest/Latest Time Viewed in DVR Playback

Synergy also has a setting that changes how it logs playback activity in this report. It checks on the current state of playback for the video windows every couple of seconds, looking to see if it is showing the same camera, and if so looks if the current playback date is earlier or later than its previously logged times. Once the camera changes, it then logs that entry to the DB.
