The Incident Restore Report
This report enables incidents that have been deleted via a 'soft' delete to be restored to the system.
To enable soft deletion and to be able to view this report to restore them again, you will need to add incidentSoftDelete=true to the synergy.properties file on your server.
With this setting in place, the user can delete an incident in the normal way and an indicator will be set on the incident to say that it has been deleted. However, it will not be removed from the database.
You can then use this report to select any of the incidents that have been deleted and reinstate them by selecting the Restore button. They will then be accessible again as normal.
