Basic Assumptions

Synectics make the following assumptions about the Synergy system setup at your site, your workstation, and your knowledge:

• You have been set up with a user account in a user group with appropriate permissions by a systems administrator.
• You have dual monitors at your workstation.
• You have a Synergy EX300 Keyboard at your workstation.
• Maps of your site are set up in the system.
• Recorded video is set up and available in your system.
• You have a basic understanding of the Microsoft Windows environment.

Note: Additional and touch screen workstation monitors are optional. Any operations performed with a mouse can be performed with a touchscreen monitor.
