Changing Your Password
To change your password, click the Change Password button in the Local Setup group on the Setup menu.
The Change Password dialog appears.
Type in the required information and click OK. If you supplied all information correctly, your password will be changed.
Resetting Your Password
Note: The Reset Password link is an option that can be enabled using the Configure Users and Groups Wizard, see the Synergy Setup Wizards Guide for more information.
Before logging into Synergy, you can request a password reset.
Click Reset Password on the login page. Your request will be sent to a logged-in user with the same or higher priority.
If your request is approved, the details of your new password will be shared with you accordingly.
Use your new password to log in. Upon logging in, you will be prompted to choose a new password, see Mandatory Password Changes on page 1 for more details.
If your request cannot be approved, a corresponding message will be displayed:
